Mico Trade Edge NRL Magic Round: Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply between us (Mico) and you. Other terms of use or service or supply may apply by other suppliers involved in this trip: we’ll let you know who these suppliers are.
Join Mico for the NRL Magic Round in Brisbane in 2027! Includes economy class flights (ex Auckland), three nights’ accommodation (twin share) and tickets to the Magic Round.
1. Registrations for NRL Magic Round (“NRL Magic Round trip”) should be made be through the following link Mico TradeEdge - 2027 NRL Magic Round - REGISTRATION – Fill out form
2. Completion of the registration form is confirmation that you accept these terms and conditions.
3. Travel dates are to be confirmed, but the NRL Magic Round trip will take place in May 2027. Accommodation for three nights, twin share, at [Cllix Apartments Brisbane, accommodation only]. Single rooms are available, subject to additional cost. Flights are economy class, ex Auckland. One group airport transfer in each direction (Airport – Hotel – Airport). Comprehensive travel insurance is also included (subject to limits; we recommend you checking that this policy is suitable for your requirements). Mico will also offer a complementary Happy Hour daily; this is subject to available and reasonable consumption limits apply.
4. The NRL Magic Round trip is subject to a minimum number of participants committing to the trip before it is confirmed.
5. If/when minimum numbers are reached, our Travel Agency (Red Hot Travel) will be in touch to collect further travel information from you. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing. Once a booking has been processed, it cannot be changed or withdrawn except as stated under the CHANGES TO BOOKINGS section below.
PAYMENT
6. Payment may be made by way of Trade Edge Points, cash, or a mixture of the two.
7. Points used for NRL Magic Round will not be reinstated or refunded unless NRL Magic Round trip is cancelled.
8. If you do not have enough Points to cover the deposit or subsequent payment(s) for the NRL Magic Round, we can invoice you for the balance of Points required. Please contact us on 0800 221 014 or at tradeedge@mico.co.nz. You will not earn Points on transactions for Experiences made via your trade account.
DEPOSIT
9. A 20% deposit (from your TradeEdge Rewards account) for NRL Magic Round will be taken on 3 August 2026 or when minimum numbers are met – whichever is the earlier.
10. If you do not have enough points, an invoice may be issued for the deposit where Mico agrees (in its sole discretion).
11. Customers opting to pay the full trip exclusively in cash will be invoiced a 50% deposit.
PAYMENT OF BALANCE
12. Six weeks before the departure date, we will deduct the balance owed for the NRL Magic Round Trip from your TradeEdge Rewards account,, or issue an invoice for outstanding points.
13. If you do not pay any amount due to us by the due date specified in an invoice(s), your bookingyour booking will be cancelled without compensation. Any prior Points deducted, or sums paid, will be forfeited.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
14. You will be responsible for additional costs for items not included in the NRL Magic Round Trip, including (but not limited to) departure taxes, transfers, rental cars, room upgrades, any additional cover required for travel and medical insurance, passports, visas, food and beverages, spending money and incidental charges (including in room or other hotel services available at cost). These will be invoiced to you directly via Red Hot Travel.
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING
15. We cannot guarantee that any request to change a booking will be possible. Additional fees may apply, which you will be responsible for.
16. Once the booking has been confirmed by us, if you wish to make a change to a booking and we agree to process such change, the following costs will apply to you:
(a) From time of booking to 31 days prior to departure (date tbc) any amendments/deviations to package booking will incur a service fee in addition to any fees charged by airlines and/or other suppliers.
(b) Within 30 days of departure to departure any amendments/deviations to package booking will incur a service fee in addition to any fees charged by airlines and/or other suppliers.
These change fees reflect the administrative costs our suppliers charge us to make such amendments and cannot be waived.
17. If you are unable to travel, you may be able to transfer your booking to a replacement traveller with the same flight itinerary (subject to the approval of the carrier). Name changes are subject to amendment fees.
18. Changes within 48 hours of departure are not permitted, and cancellation conditions will apply.
CANCELLATIONS
19. If you wish to cancel the booking once your booking has been processed, the following applies:
(a) cancellation from the time the booking has been processed to six weeks from departure will result in forfeiture of all Points used for the deposit (and any other instalments made up to that date); and
(b) cancellation made within six weeks from departure and the departure date , will result in the forfeiture of all Points used and any payments made by you for the Experience.
PRIVACY AND IMAGES
20. You agree to your personal information being shared to third parties by us and our designated travel partner(s) (Red Hot Travel) to facilitate the NRL Magic Round trip. We will manage your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
21. If you are submit a booking on behalf of someone else, you agree that you have the consent of that person to provide their personal information to us, and for us to pass this information to third party suppliers as necessary for the purpose of delivering the Experience.
22. You understand that photographs and filming of the Experience may be taken. You agree that we may use these images or video for promotional purposes in the future without compensation to you (or that you have gained the consent of the person(s) you are booking on behalf of).
LIABILITY
23. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or inflicted by you (including any personal injury, or any loss or damage of property) in connection with NRL Magic Round trip.
24. We will also not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from acts or defaults outside our control and our employees and agents, including the acts or defaults of actual travel, accommodation, and other suppliers. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to services supplied by us or those supplied in New Zealand, except where they are (or held out as being) acquired, for business purposes.
PRICES
25. All prices are shown in NZ dollars and/or TradeEdge Rewards Points. Prices shown include any airport tax, departure tax, fuel surcharges, security and airline levies. Please note that all airport, fuel, and airline charges are subject to change by the airline. Any increase in these will be on charged to you.
FLYERS / BROCHURES
26. All reasonable care will be taken to ensure the accuracy of promotional documentation, but services offered, package availability, prices and any event details may be subject to change from time to time.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
27. Further additional terms may apply as specified by our suppliers, agents or any relevant third parties. These will be provided by Red Hot Travel.
